Enrolment Eligibility

Children must meet the following age requirements to enrol.

Registration Fee (Non-refundable): 100 OMR, paid at time of application to secure a place.

• Children in Nursery & Junior class may attend 3/4/5 days a week, and can increase days during the term. Additional days are 12 OMR/day (8:00 AM – 12:30 PM).
• Senior children should attend 5 days a week to complete the full curriculum and be ready for school.
• No additional charges for stationery and materials.

Discounts

• Full payment discount: 10% off term fee (full year, 3 terms, paid in advance before the academic year starts)
• Sibling discount: 10% off term fee + 50% off registration fee (both children must be attending nursery)
• Corporate discount: available for some participating companies — please ask for details

Fees are due before nursery starts and prior to the start of each term. Payment plans are available on request. We accept payment via bank transfer (details on request). Terms & conditions apply — available on request.

Required Documents for Enrolment

Parents must submit the following documents to complete registration:

1. Completed enrolment form
2. Child’s passport copy
3. Parent’s passport & ID copy (both father & mother)
4. Child’s birth certificate
5. Child’s immunization record
6. Child’s medical insurance (if applicable)
7. Photo ID for each person authorized to collect the child

All required documents must be submitted before the child’s start date.

Uniform

KWN uniform is to be worn every day. Uniforms are sold as a set only.
